Erica Blocker is a certified life coach, bestselling author, and personal development trainer. She’s the creator and host of the Moms with Dreams Show podcast and founder of Moms with Dreams University. Juggling roles as a single mom of four and an entrepreneur with a full-time corporate career, Erica understands that the journey to your dreams is not always easy. Erica is passionate about helping moms follow their dreams without feeling guilty. Jacqulyn Priestly is a wife, mother of three busy boys and executive at a Washington, D.C. based public relations firm.
With a passion for her faith, family and friends, Jacqulyn believes we are each called to make a positive and lasting impact in the life of another person, to include our children as well as others.
She believes both the good times and the bad provide never-ending lessons and that our responsibility is to be receptive to lifelong learning and sharing, and events like Recharge allow all of us to do just that.
Jacqulyn is a graduate of Howard University where she earned a bachelors degree in journalism.
Kalilah Wright, Speaker/Moderator (Moms with Dreams)
Born in Jamaica W.I., Kalilah migrated to the United States at the tender age of 4
and was raised in Brooklyn, NY. She is the Founder and CEO of expressive brand Mess
in a Bottle. As an accomplished designer and trained architect, she used her Masters
degree from Morgan State University and Bachelors of Arts from Penn State University
to establish the brand in January 2016 in Baltimore, Maryland. Mess in a Bottle allows
you to put messages on t-shirts and are packaged in reusable bottles.
The Mess in a Bottle brand was established to evoke change, question Kalilah’s audience
and allow individuals wearing their messages to be vocal without saying anything at all.
Each item is designed and printed at her Baltimore in-house studio space.
Kalilah has participated in multiple pitch competitions and won the Wells Fargo Business
Pitch competition at Blogalicious in 2016 and most recently, the 2018 iFundWomen pitch
competition in conjunction with the Baltimore Ravens. Celebrities such as Serena
Williams, Luvvie Ajayi, Lena Waithe, Yvonne Orji, and fashion gurus Claire Sulmers

Dr. LaNail R. Plummer, Speaker/Moderator (Momming Through Challenges)
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC-MD), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-DC), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and Board-Certified TeleMental Health (BC-TMH) counselor, Dr. LaNail R. Plummer is committed to improving the lifestyle of many through the aspects of mental health and character development. Through the values of integrity and awareness, Dr. Plummer believes that emotional, spiritual and cultural healing is attainable.
As a counselor, Dr. Plummer is passionate in being a guide to her clients. She has over 13 years of clinical experience that spans variations in clients ages 3+, co-parenting, couples, and families. Additionally her work can be tailored to support the individual and couple-based needs of members of the LGBTQ community while also allowing for the role of spirituality and meaning.
